Waitlist and Beta Access
By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge that:
- Waitlist signup does not guarantee access to our services
- Beta features may be incomplete or contain bugs
- We may change or discontinue features at any time
- Your feedback may be used to improve our products
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Important: While CySent aims to help detect phishing and other threats, we cannot guarantee the detection of all threats. Users should maintain appropriate security practices and not rely solely on any single security tool.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CySent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification
